- Package rates are per person on twin sharing basis unless stated otherwise.
- Rates are subject to availability at the time of booking confirmation.
- DesiNomads reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, road conditions, or force majeure.
- Hotel check-in is typically 14:00, check-out 11:00 — early check-in/late check-out subject to availability and charges.
- Any additional activities, meals, or services not mentioned in inclusions will be charged extra.
- Valid passport (6+ months validity) and applicable visa are the traveller's responsibility.
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended and is the traveller's responsibility.
- DesiNomads acts as an intermediary between travellers and service providers (hotels, transport, activities) and is not liable for service provider defaults.

- 15–29 days before departure: 50% of package cost
- 7–14 days before departure: 75% of package cost
- Less than 7 days or no-show: 100% (non-refundable)
- Flight cancellation charges as per airline policy (separate from package).
- Peak season / festival dates may have stricter cancellation terms — confirmed at booking.
- All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email.
