How much advance payment is required to confirm a booking?

We typically require 25–30% of the total package cost as advance payment to confirm your booking. The balance is due 15 days before your departure. The exact amount will be specified in your quote.

Yes, we provide detailed visa guidance for all our international destinations — Bali, Thailand, Vietnam, and UAE. For most of these destinations, Indian passport holders can get a visa on arrival or e-visa. We will share a complete checklist of documents and step-by-step instructions. Note: We assist with the process but the final visa decision rests with the respective country's immigration authority.

Do I need travel insurance for international trips?

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for all international trips. A good policy covers medical emergencies, trip cancellation, baggage loss, and flight delays. While we don’t mandate it, it protects you from significant unexpected costs abroad.

Can I customise the itinerary shown on your website?

Absolutely — every package on our website is a starting template, not a fixed product. You can adjust the number of days, change hotels, add or remove activities, combine destinations, or build something completely new. Just tell us what you have in mind and we will create a custom quote.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI payments, and cheques. For international packages we also accept USD/AED transfers where applicable. All payment details will be shared in your booking confirmation. We do not accept cash payments.
