- Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment and written confirmation from DesiNomads.
- Travel Documents: Guests are responsible for carrying valid travel documents.
- Itinerary Changes: DesiNomads reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather, sea conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. Island tours may be rescheduled if seas are rough.
- Force Majeure: Not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or acts of God.
- Hotel Check-in/Check-out: Standard check-in 2:00 PM, check-out 11:00 AM.
- Ferry Schedules: Ferry timings are subject to change by the operator. DesiNomads will arrange alternatives if scheduled ferries are cancelled.
- Water Activities: Guests participate in snorkelling, canoeing, and boat tours at their own risk. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
- Liability: DesiNomads acts as an intermediary between travellers and service providers.
- Disputes: Subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
